HOW TO ORDER

  1. ORDER VIA SHOPBOXO
    You can order multiple items under one transaction! Then fill out the necessary details.

  2. WAIT FOR INVOICE
    This serves as your order confirmation and I'll be also giving you your unique order number and a PDF invoice

  3. PAY YOUR ORDERS
    Although deadlines of payment are negotiable, item price/s must be paid in full to secure order.You may opt for (1) Full Payment to automatically secure your order or (2) Downpayment yet your order will remain unsecured until fully paid.

  4. STAY UPDATED
    To check the status of your order you have two options: (1) Accessing my masterlist - which can be found on my pinned tweet and (2)by searching your specific order number under the hashtag #UpdatesKayAru on twitter. You may also (3) join Aru's Discord Serverfor more updates and interact with other fellow fans and buyers as well.

  5. WAIT FOR ETA
    I use sea freight and the estimated time of arrival (ETA) is around 1-2 months~ (excluding delays and lockdowns). I kindly ask for your patience as I do not have control over shipping schedules, however, I assure you that you will be kept updated if cargos get delayed.

  6. PAY ISF & LSF
    Payment for International Shipping Fee (ISF) will be divided among buyers per batch. Choose between Gogo Express and Shopee Check Out for the local delivery method

  • Are cancellations allowed?
    Cancellations are only allowed if item is (1) not yet ordered, (2) out of stock, or there are (3) issues with the Taobao seller. You will be provided with a 100% refund if your purchase encounters any of the said conditions.
